To download and install Update 18, follow the instructions below.
Instructions
1. Close Memory Manager if it is currently running.
2. Click the MM20Update18Setup.exe link below to start the download. MM20Update18Setup.exe
3. When prompted, do one of the following:
• To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run, then follow the instructions on the screen to install the update.
• To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save. (NOTE: If you choose this option, you will have to browse to the MM20Update18Setup.exe file that you saved and run it in order to install the update. Simply downloading this file will not update Memory Manager.)
If your browser does not display a dialog prompt when you click on the link, try right-clicking the link and selecting either Open or Save Target As...
Memory Manager 2.0 –
Shared components update for CD burning
Memory Manager 2.0 Update 13 and all subsequent updates require that your computer have an updated version of certain shared components in order for CD burning to work properly. Some newer systems, including many Windows Vista computers, already have the updated version of these components. However, if CD burning does not work correctly on your computer, please download and install the shared component update below.
You need to install the shared components update only once. However, if you are not sure whether or not you have previously installed these components, you may install them again without causing any problems.
Instructions
1. Close Memory Manager if it is currently running.
2. Click the MMSharedComponentsUpdate.exe link below to start the download.

3. When prompted, do one of the following:
• To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run, then follow the instructions on the screen to install the update.
• To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save.
4. Click here to return to the Memory Manager updates page.
If your browser does not display a dialog prompt when you click on the link, try right-clicking the link and selecting either Open or Save Target As...
Upgrade from Memory Manager 1.0 to version 2.0
Memory Manager 2.0 is a free upgrade available to everyone who purchased Memory Manager 1.0 software. You must have previously purchased Memory Manager 1.0 for this upgrade to apply. You can choose to download this upgrade either in one large file or in smaller pieces.
Option 1: Download in a single file.
This file contains the entire Memory Manager 2.0 program. It includes the software, sample Memory Vault, tutorials, and a printable user guide (PDF format). This is a large file (124 MB). Choose this option only if you have a high-speed internet connection.

Download international version (all other locations)

3. When prompted, do one of the following:
• To start the installation immediately, click Run, then follow the instructions on the screen to install the software.
• To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save. (Note: If you choose this option you will have to browse to the saved file location in order to install the upgrade. Simply downloading this file will not update Memory Manager.)
Option 2: Download in three smaller pieces.
This option allows you to download the software separately from the tutorials and printable user guide. We suggest you use this option if you have a slower internet connection or if you have problems downloading and installing the single file download. Note: The international version is not yet available in this format.
