Traditional and software (StoryBook Creator 4.0, Memory Manager 4.0 and Digital Artwork on CD) product orders with standard shipping, placed by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Sunday, Dec. 16, within the continental United States, will be shipped in time for holiday delivery. Traditional and software product orders with expedited shipping, placed by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, Dec. 18, will be shipped in time for holiday delivery.

Digital products must be ordered through the Creative Memories Digital Center by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, Dec. 11, for holiday delivery. To receive personalized covers and spines using our Persona Imprinting service, please ensure that the items to be imprinted are received at Creative Memories by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, Dec. 11. Digital product orders with expedited shipping, placed by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Sunday, Dec. 16, will be shipped in time for holiday delivery.

Outside the Continental United States
Outside the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), the deadline for placing traditional and software (StoryBook Creator 4.0, Memory Manager 4.0 and Digital Artwork on CD) product orders with standard delivery through creativememories.com , is 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Sunday, Dec. 9. There is no expedited shipping option.
